Egg is our favorite, Egg is one of the few goods that should be classified as super food.

10 health benefits of egg that have been confirmed in human studies.


1. Cholesterol ( HDL)

It is often known as the good cholesterol. HDL stands for high-density.

Higher levels of HDL in people usually have a lower risk of heart disease stroke and other health problems.

In one study, eating 2 eggs per day for six weeks increasing HDL levels by 10.0%

2. Omega-3

Eggs from hens that were raised on fed omega-3 enriched feeds tend to be much higher in omega-3.

Not all eggs are created equal. Hens were fed and raised. Their nutrients composition varies depending on how the hen fed.

Eating just 5 omega-3 enriched eggs per week for three weeks reduce triglycerides 16-17-18 %. Studies shows  that consuming omega-3 enriched eggs is a very effective way to lower blood triglycerides.

In another study , replacing a bagel breakfast with an eggs breakfast caused for weight loss over a period of eight weeks.
