friends today we are back with our second and the most interesting blog on kiwi, personally i really like this fruit by it's color and flavor in it but we don't know the hidden features of this fruit and the hidden nutrition benefits . So know you will be getting known about the benefits of this fruit.Kiwi is a fruit which has brown cover and the pulp of it is green in color which taste sweet and it has small seeds in black color which taste some-word off  sour-sweet flavor.Kiwi is the fruit which we can't be find every where in the markets or near by fruit stores it is mostly present in the supermarkets and it is not really expensive but have many nutrients as a basic component in it in the form of flavor and texture of it. Below are the benefits of the kiwi .

Kiwi is a fruit which have a lot of flavors and plenty of health benefits. Its also full of nutrients like Vitamin K, which helps our body not to produce prothrombin, a clotting factor that is necessary for the blood clotting and bone metabolism . Vitamin K helps our bones health, cognitive health and also to our heart health.
Vitamin C is also benefited to our body as it can cure the common cold caused by the viral and infection in the atmosphere , it also protects our immune system deficiencies , cardiovascular diseases , it also prenatal health diseases problems in our body and also protects our vision and really helpful in maintaining the heath of our skin and keeps our skin protected against the wrinkles caused by ageing or by any other problems by the deficiency of any vitamins .
Vitamin E helps our body in many ways such as it acts as antioxidants in our body , it helps to protect cells from the damage caused by free radicals,it keeps our heart healthy as mostly we can see on the oil containers it is written that it contains vitamin E so it means it will reduce the risk of heart problems in the body of an individual ,it is also used as an ingredient in many skin care products which we by from the stores to make our skin looks glowing and beautiful ,it also supports our immune function as it helps our immune system in digesting the food in proper way and also at the proper time , it protects us from the inflation in our body , it is good for our eyes health and it lowers down the risk of cancer growth in our body.

It provides an extra boost to our immune system which helps our body in doing hard work outs some people prefer it as a a booster for the digestion it is really good for a healthy intestine and keeps our intestine our of the risk of any other problems.
They can also help us to manage our blood pressure. As it maintain our BP. in normal condition when ever if we feel any imbalance of blood pressure it will be good to consume an KIWI.

It is best not to cook Kiwi ,so it is retains its Vitamin C contents. It is the best fruit which increases the blood in the body.People who don't have enough blood in there body,eating Kiwi daily can manage the blood. It is the best source to obtain blood in our body.
It is really helpful for the person who is lacking out with the blood or have low level of blood in there body it is mostly suggested by the doctors to eat a kiwi daily at the morning before the breakfast as it will improve or increases the quantity of blood in our body.
