Yes !!! you are absolutely correct in this blog we are going to talk about the king of salad CUCUMBER. By the name it self our mouths get watered ...as it is vegetable with an high amount of water  content in it. Now there is a list of advantages of this interesting vegetables by which we are unknown & in this blog you will be getting total information about this vegetable in detail .so let's get started.
1:-It has high amount of nutrients as cucumber contain high amount of water which is automatically lower the fat from our body and reduces the risk of causing many health problems in our body. 
2:- It also many vitamins & minerals such as vitamin C ,vitamin K ,Magnesium, potassium ,manganese in it in high amount & for instance we can said as per the requirement in our body .We all know that every vitamin is important & benefited for our body, all the listed vitamins and minerals are also the same.
3:-It contain antioxidant properties in it which block the oxidation , oxidative stress can cause cancer , heart , lungs and autoimmune diseases in our body rapidly if we are lacking this  antioxidant in our nutrition .
4:-It reduces the risk and causes of hydration from our body as it have high amount of water & water is a natural liquid which has uncountable benefits and water is an important property in our body and play a crucial role in the body , as water helps our body parts in transporting the waste material \products and also the nutrients .
5:-Cucumber is mostly used to reduce the weight and it may can be said as an aid in reducing the weight ,it lowers down the bad cholesterol from our body easily as compared to other fruits and vegetables.
6:- Several studies on this vegetables says that cucumber is a good source to reduce the blood sugar level in our blood .Cucumber is really good food for the people who is suffering from the blood sugar .We must include cucumber in our daily food \diet to keep our body health fit and to stay out from the diseases .
7:-It promotes regularity in the bowel movements in our body , we must have regularity in bowel as it could be an major factor for the causes of big diseases and big problems in the functioning of our parts in proper and uniform way.
8:-It is so much easy to add this vegetable in our diet as it don't have any proper taste it can be mixed in any other food or in vegetables , but mostly cucumber is used as salad through out the world and also as a diet food .
